Thank you for being interested in my artwork! Please read this site if you are interested in commissioning me, as this will provide any and all information you need.

Terms and ConditionsBy commissioning me, you agree to all of the following Terms of Service. if you have any questions regarding my services, please feel free to reach out to me VIA Discord or Email (discord is preferred)
Payment - I currently only offer payment through Venmo.
- As I am USA based (against my will) payment is to be made in USD only. As the client, you are in charge of any conversions that need to be made.Payment is to be made in half before the commission has been made, and the other half is to be paid after the commission has been finished. This is to prevent an instance where I am scammed out of my art and time by you, the client. This is also for insurance that you are going to get something in the end, as you have paid some amount ahead of time. Please be patient and understand why this is a necessary inclusion.
Cancellation Policy -
- If I need to cancel your commission at any time for any reason, you will receive a Full Refund.- If you are to cancel prior to me starting your commission, you will receive a Full Refund.
-If you are to cancel your commission after I have already started on it, you will not be refunded.
Revision Policy -
- Small revisions (ex. colors weren't what you were looking for, small part of the lineart looks off, this character wasn't supposed to have boobs, etc) will not be charged.
- Large revisions (ex. wanting to change the pose after line art has been started, any edits to the line art after the coloring stage, etc) might be charged extra, or might be denied in the end. Please be super specific during the WIP stage if anything stands out to you.
References -
- Please provide visual references for your characters if you want them to be accurate. If you do not have any on hand and you are specifically commissioning me to help you make one, please make a close reference using picrew.
- If nothing fits your character using a picrew, feel free to explain their appearance to the best of your ability and I will send you in progress shots so we can nail down their details together. (No visual reference may cost extra depending on revisions.)
- If you are commissioning a pet portrait, please provide several pictures of your animal (the eyes have to eat somehow)
Artwork Rights:
- Mediocre maintains complete copyright ownership of the commissioned artworks and holds the privilege to decide to publish or feature the commissioned artworks on their social media, portfolio, or other display platforms.
- Ownership rights for the characters depicted in the artworks commissioned are retained by their respective owners.
- Mediocre should be credited if the commission is reposted to any form of social media. Do not credit the art as your own.
